Our Activities
AMO Zanzibar Tours & Safari is a family-owned, well-established tourism company, situated in the middle of Stone Town‘s maze. I (Amour Suleiman Amour El-Hinawy) was born and raised in Pemba, Chake Chake, speaking Kiswahili as my mother tongue as well as fluent English. I have studied tourism at The State University of Zanzibar but I have also got a deep understanding for guests from all over the world and their needs from my beloved father who has been working as commissioner of tourism for many years. Not only my experience in the tourism industry formed our company‘s success; the breakthrough came shortly after Noreen Cichon joined not only the company but more importantly my private life. She was born and raised in Germany, speaking her mother tongue, German, fluently as well as English and basic Kiswahili and French. Noreen studied Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management. She answers inquiries of all kinds but also takes care of our entire marketing.
