We welcome all kinds of guests but tend to find our typical guests are older couples looking for a touch of luxury. Our home is in a quiet residential area and Oswestry is a small market town, so nightclubbers and party animals will be disappointed! We're ideally located for anyone walking Offa's Dyke Path or studying at RJAH Hospital in nearby Gobowen.

With the fantastic towns of Chester and Shrewsbury just over 30 minutes drive away, it's only an hour to Snowdonia and we're on the doorstep of many wonderful walking paths.

Nant Gloyw B&B Oswestry
From walkers to bikers, we'll go the extra mile. Nant Gloyw offers 2 beautiful en-suite bedrooms. We're situated in Oswestry, Shropshire, just a 10 minute walk from the town centre. We'll do whatever it takes to make your stay with us more enjoyable. From early check in, special diets, or a place to store your golf clubs or bikes, we'll do our best to help. We offer all the little touches you wish you got in all B&Bs, from luxury towels and toiletries to super comfy mattresses. We built sustainability into Nant Gloyw from the start. There's no single use plastics and fiddly plastic UHT milk containers. Our solar panels provide the electricity and solar thermals heat the water for your shower. The fruit trees that provide the breakfast compote are in the garden. A generous hospitality tray has plenty of different teas and coffees, biscuits, fresh milk (Plant milk no problem) and PROPER SIZED MUGS! We are a vegetarian household and can easily cater for vegan and gluten free visitors.
Our Rooms
We're Michael and Gayle, we've lived in Oswestry for 20 years and we love the place! In 2018 our children left home and we opened our house as Nant Gloyw B&B. We've had guests from as far away as Moscow and Chicago, Hong Kong and Berlin, Paris and Melbourne. We hope you'll be one of our next guests.
