Paladar
Paladar is more than just a restaurant, showcasing the best of Latin American cuisine, wines, spirits, cocktails, music, art and hospitality. In addition to the main restaurant, there is also a secret courtyard garden to the rear and next to the main restaurant the Bodega (wine & spirit shop) houses the Chef's Table, which offers diners a view of the theatrical open kitchen.

Our Menu
Our menu comprises creative sharing plates inspired by the flavours of Latin America and includes options for meat-eaters and those following a plant-based diet. The menu also happens to be 100% gluten-free with many dishes based on corn (maize) rather than wheat.
