Our Story
Our culinary team is led by Swiss chef Pascal Schnyder and his Korean wife oversees the service brigade. Together they lead their international team of over twenty employees every day in order to satisfy a demanding clientele.
Our team is headed by the Swiss owners and our employees are from Korea, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia and of course Thailand. Some of them work for us for over 16 years. We train them very well, and are happy that we are able to teach them not only professionalisme and skills, but to maintain their inner beauty and cordiality!
In the morning from 8 am to 2 pm there is a brunch buffet with international and Thai dishes. A la carte is also served at lunchtime. In the evening there is only a la carte service. The offer is mainly continental European cuisine, but exquisite Thai dishes are also on offer.
