Our Janise Sailing Day Charter, brought to you by Puerto Rico Sailing Trips features: • A fantastic 5-hour sailing day experience off the coast of Fajardo. • A visit to the beautiful nature reserve of Piñeros Island. • A delicious barbecue lunch, salad, rice, and assorted snacks. • Snorkeling equipment to enjoy the colorful reefs. • Time to take a refreshing dip in the sea or relax at the seashore. • Refreshing beverages including water, sodas, cold beer, and wine. _______________________ WHAT TO BRING: The customers should bring a swimsuit underneath, a change of clothes, towels, comfortable footwear, rain jacket, hats or caps (preferable with chin straps), sunblock, face masks (REQUIRED), and your own hand sanitizer. Please let us know if there are any food allergies or food restrictions in the group. Guests must wear their masks if they are inside the cockpit, in the galley, the cabin, or in the bathroom. While they are outside of the boat, on the trampoline, swimming, eating, or drinking they are not required to use their masks. A 6’ distance between guests is strictly reinforced during the charter. Footwear is not allowed aboard the boat; customers will be requested to take their shoes off before boarding the vessel. _______________________ MEETING POINT: To reach our meeting location, simply enter this into your GPS: Puerto Del Rey Marina Fajardo ______________________ PHYSICAL ADDRESS: 4900 State Road 3 Km. 51.4, Fajardo, 00738 We meet at 8:30 am. Pier # will be specified the day before the charter. ______________________ Directions from San Juan to Puerto del Rey Marina in Fajardo: (45-minute drive) • Get on Expreso Román Baldorioty de Castro/PR-26 heading east. • Take PR-66 to Interstate PR3 S/PR-3 S in Río Grande. Exit from PR-66. • Merge onto Interstate PR3 S/PR-3 S. • Follow Interstate PR3 S/PR-3 S to Carretera Puerto del Rey in Fajardo. Exit from Expreso Jose Celso Barbosa/PR-53 S. • Continue on Carretera Puerto del Rey to your destination. (If you are driving from another location please let us know.) When you arrive at Marina Puerto del Rey, drive to the “DROP OFF” area, park and go to the front desk and request transportation to our dock. Then drive to the parking lot with the driver of the golf cart following you. Once you park the golf cart service will drive you to our dock. This process usually takes about 20-30 minutes. ___________________ RECOMMENDED DRIVERS: We do not offer transportation to the marina. These are our recommended drivers to the marina: • Uber driver Mr. Murray: (787) 607-0691 • Taxi driver Mr. Mario: (787) 547-6941 ___________________ COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS: • For safety reasons we accept a maximum of 6 customers per charter to be able to maintain a 6’ distance between persons and to be in compliance with our COVID-19 Safety Protocols. • Customers are required to use their face masks at all times during the charter except when they are eating, drinking, or swimming. Customers not using their face masks will not be permitted in the charter and will not receive any refund. • It is highly recommended to our customers and crew to clean their hands frequently and wash for at least 20 seconds. • The frequent use of hand sanitizer is recommended for our customers and crew. ___________________ IMPORTANT NOTES: • If you decide to bring your own food and/or beverages please specify what you are bringing. • If bringing your own food please make sure it is fully cooked (take-out food) and does not require us to cook it or warm it up. • Beverages offered are not unlimited. • For safety reasons, alcohol consumption in the boat is only allowed after we reach our destination in Piñeros Island. • Smoking tobacco, cigarettes, hookah, cannabis, or any other controlled substances are not allowed in our certified Drug Free Vessel. • If you are late to the day charter we will not delay the return time since we may have a sunset charter right after the day charter. • Nudity is not allowed in the vessel or at the beaches we visit. • Seeing wildlife in our charters is not guaranteed.
