My 2 to 5 day courses are designed to let you completely immerse yourself in your photography. Everything is catered for. My Cornish Seascape Workshops offer photography enthusiasts of all levels and ages a completely unique residential course. Beyond the diluted attention of group tours, or the limited location diversity and in-depth insight of day trips, my 2 to 5 day workshops focus solely on you, your aspirations and the stunning Cornish coastline. What's more, they run all year round, so you can choose when and how long you come and stay for. Importantly, any length of stay can be bookended with extra nights accommodation to allow for jet-lag and travel planning. Based on my award-winning seascape approach, rather than tuition, I offer guidance that is open to your own interpretation. Because I strongly believe in nurturing individual skills. As such, the atmosphere is relaxed, informal and friendly. For I want you to have a truly enjoyable experience as you tour the Cornish Coast. We will shoot through the blue and golden hours of each day, with more day time locations and lots of studio time in between. My intention is to open up your horizons in approaching the coastal environment and widen your appreciation of how the sea is such vital compositional consideration. I also want to open up the many facets of Camera Raw and Photoshop CC, the most potent Fine Art post processing software combination. Based on my 30+ years professional experience, I will show you a streamlined work flow that provides a step-by-step path through the maze of layers, sliders and leads to creating superb, gallery quality imagery. The aim of my workshop is to challenge and inspire you as you build a body of work that extols Cornwall's beauty and your new-found photography and post processing skills.
