The menu includes options designed for vegans and celiacs, matured meats and vacuum cooking alternatives with the latest technology, a wide variety of wines with international cocktails and Sommelier service. We provide services of international excellence with a high commitment to sustainability in alliance with nature. We offer our own and private boat transfers to and from the Kanoo property, which is located just 10 minutes away from the city in an ideal environment to relax and delight your senses. We also offer guided kayak tours with professional instructors and suitable and trained guides to learn and become aware of the wonder of the ecosystem functions of our beloved Paraná Delta.
