Söðulsholt is a working horse training and conditioning farm on the Snæfellsnes peninsula, owned by Einar Ólafsson, a horse breeder and casual farmer that has lived and traveled the world but calls Snæfellsnes home. His team includes his sons, Oli and Jon, his daugher, Halldora, and Martyna and Arek who mostly work at the stables and manage the horse rental.
