Our Story
Skinny Batch Bakery
We are an award-winning café and bakery in North Co. Dublin, established in 2017. The on-site bakery produces all of our own baked goods and treats, including plant-based and gluten-free items (we pride ourselves on serving our community as best we can and being inclusive of all dietary requirements!). Sustainability is very important to us and we hire local staff and use local suppliers where possible. Our ethos of 'Coffee | Cake | Community' has earned us the much-coveted 'Community Impact Award' from JCI Fingal of which we are extremely proud. We are so looking forward to welcoming you at Skinny Batch Bakery. Come for the coffee - stay for the cake!

Skinny Batch is owned by Sharyn Hayden. Our management team consists of Alan Fynes (pictured) and Aaron Baugh (also of Dynamic Cater Care Ltd). We have been in business together since 2011 and are a great team!
Our Menu
We serve all-day breakfast, lunch, delicious coffee and homemade cakes. We also have a fantastic plant-based and children's menu, with lots of gluten-free options on request.
