Our Story
Tour Street Art Gdl
Karen Mora (Mx-1988) has dedicated herself to documenting urban art for more than twelve years in Guadalajara and other cities around the world. She is the creator of the project #lacalletienealgoquedecir where her research work focuses on the visibility of ephemeral urban art as a tool for reading public space and the culture of the city. She has worked as a curator and consultant in the development of urban art projects in Guadalajara, Colombia and Spain. She is the creator of the #stickerismo project where product design and marketing strategies for urban artists are integrated. Since 2015 he has been designing routes for the Tour street art Gdl and Rutas de Barrio Gdl project, compiling through photography and texts, the experiences lived on the street through color, designing consultation tools in physical and digital media. She has collaborated on projects to raise awareness of the use of public space with the Jalisco Ministry of Culture and is a collaborator with Street Art Cities, the world's largest digital urban art platform based in Antwerp, Belgium. His Airbnb experience has been rated as one of the best in the city of Guadalajara, conducting more than 300 tours with approximately 700 people from all over the world. He is currently working on a book about Street Art.

Hello I am Karen! specialist designer in urban art and Street art hunter creator of the TourStreetArtGDL project in Guadalajara, I have more than 12 years sharing what LA CALLE HAS SOMETHING TO SAY on my networks since for me urban art is a way of connecting with people, cities and with our history and I want to share it with you in this illustrated tour through the streets and around the world through my blog @tourstreetartGDL, taking the project to other countries such as Spain with @tourstreetartVLC, collaborating with major projects worldwide such as @streetartcities and @googlestreetartproject mapping the urban art of my city in @rutasdebarrioGDL sharing the work and networks of the artists, generating a community of self-exploration in the streets!
