Our Story
Wild Kauai Chocolate
Our exquisite craft dark chocolate is made in its simplest and purest form with only two all natural, organic ingredients – cacao beans and organic cane sugar. In our Build a Bar classes, we’ll show you how to customize them by adding in your own favorite flavors. We vacationed on Kauai in 2019 and fell in love with the island. Our family quickly chose to move to Kauai, and we were fortunate to find Wild Kauai Chocolate. We moved to Kauai in May 2020. Lance works in our chocolate kitchen, leading workshops and crafting chocolate bars. You can find our family (Lance, Amy, our son and our daughter) at farmer's markets and night markets around the island. Lance and Amy Hale
