Our Story
Opened in September 2020, the restaurant broke through Covid19 and made its way as a rising star in the restaurants of the area. The restaurant was though and designed by an association called "Tremplin Extraordinaire" whichgoal was to help them develop their skills and provide them a job and experience in a real and evolving establishment. Our objective was double : to help them grow by working in an environment where they meet local guests, foreigners, and connect with other team member who have different disability or are experienced professionals; and to serve good quality and refined cuisine paired with an attentive and warm service. All in all, we believe to have succeeded this challenge and are proud to offer a unique experience and to prove disabled persons can provide a service and cuisine as good as in any restaurant. But with something more.
