Bep Viet Restaurant # 7, Ngo Hue, Ha Noi

When I have been working as a national tour leader in Vietnam since 1997, I have many chances to meet up many group in over the world coming to visit my country. I found out that our food could bring lots of interest for the customers and it will bring more people to come to Vietnam through the specialist of Vietnamese culinary. Also, I have had some wonderful opportunities of leading some of the very famous Culinary Institutes in over the world such as: The Culinary Institutes of America, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Orlando. Through the food, the foreigner could understand our culture very profoundly. And I love food, I eat well and love to share with other people. That is the reason why I started up the Viet Kitchen Restaurant in Hanoi since 2007. I have been serving thousands of foreigner per day since then and I am very happy to introduce our speciality of Vietnamese food to the word.
