Because Anna reduces the kitchen to its essentials: fresh ingredients, honest craftsmanship and soul, that is, the combination of feeling, spirit and experience that seeks perfection and wants to find its expression in personal handwriting. Anna derives her joy from the discovery of only supposed little things. She does not want to keep inventing seemingly new wheels. It is not a kitchen of large, loud gestures that she leads, but one in knowledge, in humility and respect at the sensitive interfaces of human and product. An always happy union, where recognizable ingredients adorn the plates, nourish their guests healthy and give them great pleasure.
