Our Story

Nagu Restaurante

Nagú was a town on an island surrounded by crystal clear water, ice and vegetation, near the polar circle. Its few inhabitants were an example of that pause, order, calm and tranquility typical of the Nordic personality. The simplicity of things, the traditions, the community concept, are part of a different way of life. Nagú no longer exists as such, but we wanted to rescue the values ​​that define in that concept and translate them into a gastronomic space where we can enjoy high quality food, cooked honestly, with tradition and with wisdom by Jaime Amador, a lover of the kitchen. The spirit (the essence) of Nagú is kept alive among our community of friends and clients, who look for that blank space where they can savor good food, relax with the atmosphere and enjoy in good company.
