Our Story
Benson Safaris Tanzania
Founded in 2006, Benson Safaris Tanzania is locally owned and operated by Benson and they are experts in the safari industry, specializing in Wildlife Safaris, Mountain Treks and Beach Breaks throughout Tanzania. We are a TALA Licensed Tour Operator and a proud member of the Tanzanian Association of Tour Operators (TATO), the Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB) and the Interpretive Guides Society (IGS). We are well respected amongst peers and clients alike and are proud of our reputation within the travel industry.

Our Guides have been hand-picked by Benson himself for their knowledge and experience, professionalism, attention to detail, sense of humour and communications skills. They are fluent English speakers (other languages are available too) and are passionate about Africa and showcasing the best that Tanzania has to offer. They are eager to please and it is their mission to ensure you have the best holiday possible with many stories to take home. We also offer a family safari for those who want to travel with children's and majority of our Guides are Fathers too, so they know what makes the little ones tick!
