UAZ Buhanka Rental was started with a love of authenticity and a dream to travel independently to the most remote places in Kyrgyzstan. The classic UAZ Buhanka was our 4x4 of choice to turn into a camper van. With its large interior, solid axels and manual 5 speed transmission it was a perfect 4x4 for the rough road in Kyrgyzstan.

He can assist with route planning, answering any trip-related questions, organizing bookings, and connecting you with local services for horseback riding, trekking, and yurt camps. • Vlad: A local from Bishkek, Vlad handles the practical aspects of the rental. He manages pick-up and drop-off of the UAZ Buhanka, provides instructions on how to drive this iconic vehicle, and is your go-to person for mechanical questions and rental payments. With their combined experience and love for Kyrgyzstan, Alex and Vlad are dedicated to helping travelers enjoy an unforgettable adventure in one of the world’s most stunning and remote destinations.
