Baan Kilee Chai Talay Estate, Koh Samui
Chai Talay Estate comprises 2 fully staffed beachfront villas, 13 rooms, sleeping up to 30 people, hosting events of up to 155 people. The villas are designed to be a "home away from home", and perfect for extended family holidays, with other villas available within walking distance. The west coast location with stunning sunsets makes it the most sought after wedding and retreat venue on Samui. Located directly on the west coast of Samui, the villas are set within 5 acres of gardens and grounds, with an acre of veggie gardens and a world-class indoor/outdoor training gym of 4000Sq feet, kids pool, playground and many outdoor activities. Baan Kilee, part of the Chai Talay Estate, has a strong ethos of sustainability and eco-consciousness and is a 'single-use plastic' free resort. Guests are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottle and be conscious of their environmental impact during their stay.

Chai Talay Estate comprises a friendly team of ( Covid 19, vaccinated) housekeepers, gardeners and English-speaking management, along with dedicated chefs (1 per villa), a van and a driver. Fitness and spa staff complement our team on request and we are managed by Luxury Villas and Homes.
