This business was started to help our maid, Catherine, make extra money so she could build a house for herself in her province. We like to give back to the community so anyone wanting to learn about cake decorating we will employ them and give them all the training they need to start their own business or to be able to work in any bakery/restaurant. Our greatest success story is now working in Hong Kong making amazing desserts. Catherine has been with us for 7 years and really enjoys making cakes and teaching others.
