Our Story
Sa Punta, the Balearic gastronomic paradise. Although the location is key, an important part of the popularity that Sa Punta has acquired is thanks to its award winning chef Andrés Moreno, who in 2018 was awarded in the prestigious national competition of pinchos and tapas of Valladolid, and who just a few days ago won the “Bronze Pincho” award. Andrés leads a team who work each day to delight diners thanks to the excellent preparation of the best meats of the comarca and fresh fish and shellfish from the east coast of Mallorca. Among diners’ favourite dishes are chateaubriand cooked on a hot stone, salt baked wild sea bass, and saffron risotto with Mallorcan cured cheese.
