The Rum Stop brand wanted to be the first innovative restaurant in Barbados to specialize in rum infused food across the entire menu. Our vision was to create a menu which showcased the wonders of rum since Barbados was the first rum producing island in the world. Rum Stop celebrates rum with creative and imaginative menu items for all to enjoy. Our mission is to become the best in local rum based cuisine while showcasing quality Bajan delicacies for everyone to enjoy and experience.
