More than a restaurant and more than an attraction. Bellezza, The Restaurant stimulates all your senses. Of course with delicious food and drinks, but also with images and sounds. Bellezza takes you on an adventure with a program that lasts three hours and that leads you through different rooms. Inspired by La Grande Bellezza, the famous Sorrentino movie, Bellezza, The Restaurant searches for the beauty of life. An experience that you share with the other guests at a communal table. With food, drink, images and music that strengthen each other. The beauty of life depicted in a restaurant.

Our Menu
Carlos Braun and Davy van Wezel are the chefs of Bellezza, The Restaurant. Together they bring in the knowledge and experience that make Bellezza a top restaurant. Both Carlos and Davy have worked in Michelin starred restaurants. In Bellezza they search for the limits of their abilities. With surprising and particularly tasty dishes and drinks. In Bellezza the seasons are linked to themes, like 'The elements', 'The four winds of the earth' or 'The senses'. The chefs create a five course menu inspired by the theme. Drinks, video and music are in line with this.
