"Hi, it’s Hervé, L’Etiquette’s owner, here. Welcome to L’Etiquette! My shop’s name is rooted in the word “ethics” which reflects my approach and philosophy. With our eclectic selection of more than 300 references, we invite people to “drink well”, encouraging consumption which favours quality and the preservation of the environment. We’re delighted to offer you wines which respect the grape and terroir – and especially, the consumer. All our wines reflect nature and are the product of the know-how, courage and meticulous work of independent winemakers whom we know well. Our vision is that a quality wine can only be produced by viticulture on a human scale, so it’s important for us to meet the winemakers and taste their products with them. Our wine tastings are very different to the norm and get you to use your senses when you taste – no marketing blabla here! Tastings can be in English or French. Cheers!"
