Our Story
The Alps are very far from Moscow. But in Moscow there are a lot of lovers of the Alps. We have presented the oldest dish from the Alpine shepherds over 700 years old. Our corner has been operating for more than two years and we are the only mono concept where all dishes are made with Swiss Raclette cheese.

Classically, shepherds warmed Raclette by the fire, and poured it on boiled potatoes and slices of dry-cured pork, added pickled onions and pickled cucumbers. We added arugula with Italian sauce and cherry tomatoes. Optionally, you can replace dry-cured pork with boiled-smoked beef, shrimp, chicken in teriyaki sauce, chorizo sausage, sun-dried tomatoes.
