The property is a corner house (House No 17, Beethoven Street) located at the junction of Beethoven street and Brahms street in Windhoek West, Namibia. Navigation using google map or apple map is possible. If using a taxi, then ask taxi driver to drop you at NUST hotel school taxi stop/rank and then walk to the property which is next door on Beethoven street.

Reception

Reception is only open from 09:00 to 21:00. Do not make a booking and do not arrive at property as walk in customer, who opt to pay at the time of check in, if your arrival time does not coincide with reception hours. At the time of check in Guests are provided with room key and a remote control for gate that they can use to exit and enter the property. Self service check out is possible. For security reasons, self service check-in is not available at the moment. In case if you have confirmed booking and expect to arrive after reception hours then contact us urgently to avoid disappointment. We will try our best to accommodate but there is no guarantee that a late check in request will be honored. All guests must present identification (Namibian ID card or Passport). Guest accompanied with children may be asked to produce additional documentations (Passport / birth certificate / parental consent affidavit) to prove their relationship with children.

Food & Drink

This is a self catering accommodation. Guests need to bring their own groceries and food. The grocery shops and super markets are located at a walking distance. Sometimes, depending upon availability of resources, the property may be able to provide cooking basics (such as salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, Tea bags / Coffee, coffee creamer) in limited quantities upon payment of a nominal fee.

Laundry

Property is providing laundry service (charge : 100N$/kg or part thereof for washing & ironing). Guests shall also have access to self service laundry (free of cost for fair & reasonable use) using baskets + buckets. An iron + Ironing board shall be provided free of charge on demand to guests.

Getting around town

Property is located at about one kilometer from Windhoek city center. Guest can walk around conveniently or use local taxis for getting around the town. A cellphone app LEFA (Similar to UBER) is available in Namibia for a safe local transportation at a reasonable price.
