In general, this is the unit that compiles and co –ordinates all enquiries made by our clients and service providers like hotels, Airlines, 7. Customer Survey Visits, In Brogibro, we believe in feedback after the services have been rendered. It is through feedbacks that we are able to assess the level of customer satisfaction 8. Technical Back up Team, In all working environments there must always be an engine room. This room is what we refer to as the Technical Back up team. This team is faced with the functions of backstopping all the activities of Brogibro. In some instances, tickets are issued, and travellers experience technical hitches either at the airports or the airlines for a reason or the other has some delays that were not foreseen. It is the responsibility of this team to be on standby to assist in such cases. The backup team is equipped to firefight when necessary while at the same time responding to the daily enquiries made by our clients whenever they experience difficulties.
