Name: Alini Santos da Silva - Chief Executive Officer Function: Cultural Production Manager Singer, songwriter and rapper, resident of Cantagalo. Participation in festivals: 1st place as a composer in the 1st Voz e Som das Comunidade Festival - Constellation Project by Pró Saber Celim initiative; best performer and 2nd best composer at the 1st Music Festival at barracão da Mangueira; participated in the Hutúz 2005 award, promoted by Central Única de Favelas (CUFA). She participates in social projects, including volunteering at Women Against Domestic Violence. She worked as a radio programmer at Madame Satã, Lapa, for Evolução Black and as a programmer for Panorama FM radio, in addition to giving lectures in schools, by the NGO Melanina, which developed a work to rescue the self-esteem and identity of women. Training in Disc Jokey and radio voiceover. Notions in video editing, having attended the Afroreggae Audiovisual Workshop. Notions as a caregiver for the elderly (nutrition, psychology and orthopedics). Participation in the CD Fala Tu. Former amateur boxer. Name: Sidney Silva Function: Executive Manager of Institutional Articulations and Sustainability Sidney Silva (Mestre Tartaruga) is a resident of the Cantagalo community. Son of the composer of Samba de Terreiro and Partido Alto Joel Silva, many of them recorded by Bezerra da Silva: That's where I live, Dedo Duro, I have no fault, Cara de Cruel and Bandstand. In 1998 he founded with a group of students from Associação Cultural Corpo Movimento, now a proponent of Projeto Liberdade, which maintains the tradition of capoeira in the community. I work as a cultural activist with effective participation in events, workshops, lecture, forums and debates on Urban and Cultural Development for a better quality of life in the slums of Cantagalo, Pavão, Pavãozinho. Due to the importance of his own work, he enjoys traffic and recognition in the artistic and cultural environment of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Name: Rita de Cassia Santos Pinto Function: Research / Collection / Memory Manager Journalist, University Uni Carioca, resident of Cantagalo and active community leader. She was coordinator in the “Youth in Communication” Project for 6 months, hired by Comunidade Solidária, coordinator of the entrepreneurship seminar, for 5 months, hired by Sociedade Cidadã; she was a community correspondent for 4 years at the NGO Viva Rio; she was a monitor at Creche Pop in the Cantagalo community for 4 years and an assistant monitor at Creche Bom Samaritano. She is a volunteer announcer and producer of Rádio Comunitária Panorama FM 88.3 for 13 years and promoter of parties and DJ for 12 years. He was a member of the Commission for Employment, Work and Income and the Pro-Museum of the Favela, of the Social Work of the Re-urbanization of the Pavão-Pavãozinho-Cantagalo Complex of PAC-Rio, acting in the recovery of the history of formation of the community. Participates in the Community Project Council - CCOMP of PAC in the community. Name: Márcia Cristina de Souza e Silva Role: Central Manager of Integrated Visitation She lives in Cantagalo. Electrical Engineer from Universidade Veiga de Almeida, with a postgraduate degree in Production Engineering and an MBA in Business Management from Universidade Cândido Mendes. She was coordinator of the Commission for Monitoring Works, Social Work for the Re-urbanization of the Pavão-Pavãozinho-Cantagalo Complex - PAC-Rio, acting in the community inspection of state works and I also participate in the Community Project Council - CCOMP of PAC in the community. His first contact with the social was when I volunteered at the summer camps that took place in Brizolão, even before he was called Brizolão and became CIEP.
