The Windward Lodge

The Windward Lodge is Belizean owned and has 100% Belizean staff as well. The owner, Mark Bradley, has been on Tobacco Caye since 1988 when he owned and operated Island Camps which later became Tobacco Caye Lodge, and now The Windward Lodge. Our staff is well trained and experienced in their respective hospitality trades (culinary, bartending and housekeeping).
