Being not a typical spa experience, it features an authentic Russian steam room, plunge pool (9°C), hot stone and treatment rooms and a R & R area with comfortable private booths. It's an Experience with traditional thermal massages, honest and effective treatments with natural and organic ingredients. It's Invigorating as well as Relaxing, It's Social as well as Private. The key signature treatment is Parenie – an invigorating thermal massage, that uses leafy and fragrant bundles of birch, oak and eucalyptus twigs in the superheated steam of the authentic Russian steam room. Followed by a contrast icy cold plunge it causes release of adrenalin, stress hormones and immense invigoration that follows. We offer a selection of wellness & spa treatments, with ingredients strictly natural and organic and prepared on the premises - pure honey, sea salt, coffee, fresh aloe leaves, organic mud. We offer Russian delicacies and traditional drinks, that help to keep your hydration and electrolyte balance. Our guests can sit and socialise in the comfortable booths of the lounge bar in between treatments and visits to the steam room.
