Getting here
Your destination is Iquitos, Peru. International flights to Peru all go to Lima, the capital, and then from there another flight takes you to Iquitos. You will be met at the Iquitos airport and transportation and accommodation will be organized by us from then on.

Food & Drink
During retreats and courses, all participants follow a healing diet that reduces stimulants and increases sensitivity. On the courses, participants also follow a stricter diet when doing plant dietas.
Getting around town
We provide transportation to and from the airport, as well as to and from the center.
The team at Ayahuasca Foundation is an incredible group of people, from Amazon rainforest communities, and unique facilitators from around the world.
Activities
What to do while you're here
Program participants receive treatment with plant medicines including ayahuasca ceremonies, vapor baths, purgatives, plant baths, cleanses, and rejuvenations, all led by indigenous healers called Curanderos.
