Reception
Our reception typically is open from 9am - 11pm during weekdays and from 9am - 5pm on weekends.
Food & Drink
Unfortunately being that our apartment is considered as an independent living housing type, guests are required to be responsible for either preparing their own meals or ordering take out/pickup whichever is more convenient.
Laundry
We have washing machines onsite in all our two bedroom apartments as well as a common laundry area up at the rooftop area of the building.
Getting around town
We offer taxi services that are affiliate with our Kibo Palace Hotel Arusha branch. We can also organize local taxi services depending on preference.
We do not have a team photo yet but we will include one as soon as we get one.
Meet the Team
Dorcus Membi
Administrative Assistant
Dorcus oversees the daily runnings of the apartment and is responsible for providing administrative support to the apartment initiatives, its programs and projects. She reports to the property manager.
Regina
Housekeeper
Regina performs a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. She ensures all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. She protects cleaning equipment and makes sure that there are no inadequacies.
Violet Mchaki
Receptionist
Violet acts as a gatekeeper for our office as she is the first person you meet when you enter the building. She greets everyone cheerfully and controls the flow of traffic in and out of the office. She answers phones, transfers calls, schedules appointments, answers questions as well as provide directions to guests as needed. She reports to the administrative assistant.
Activities
What to do while you're here
There is a stadium about 2 minutes walk from the apartment which can also be viewed directly from the apartment's rooftop from where guests can watch local soccer matches. Please inquire within for a schedule of upcoming matches for your convenience. The local food market is also about a 3 minute walk from the apartment of which this market offers a variety of local fresh produce. The street intersecting the main street of which the apartment is situated, normally has a number of local food stands with an assortment of some of the best Tanzania's street foods.
