Fly to Belize City and then a short flight to Placencia or rent a car and drive down. (about 3-4 hours but a safe and adventurous ride along the edge of the jungle area.

Staff will do laundry for $12/load.
Getting around town
Cabs and golf carts available but if you want to adventure off the peninsula, you will need a rental car.
