Reception
Drive your car or rental vehicle to our location, park in our complimentary parking lot located on our property, enter it from the alley side. Bring your luggage to the front door. Use your cell phone to phone the Manager on Duty listed on front door.
Food & Drink
We provide a full hot cooked breakfast for each guest in the dining room. Breakfast in bed is also possible by request. If leaving early, we will be happy to make guests a Grab N Go take-out breakfast they can pick up no matter how early they need to leave. There are 30 restaurants within a walkable 3 block area where guests can enjoy lunch and dinner. We provide complimentary guest beverages and a place for guests to store their refrigerated food, drinks, or medicines.
Laundry
Guests will be shown 2 nearby coin operated store front laundries where they may choose to wash their clothes, as needed. Our laundry facilities are not available for guest use per local ordinance and Health Department regulations.
Getting around town
City of Birmingham is a grid iron street system. It divides north of railroad is "North Side" and south of railroad is "South Side". We are South side. Guests get around walking, use their car or rental vehicle, taxi's and Ubers. Public transit is very limited.

What to do while you're here
Mansion is in the Five Points Historic District which is the Culinary District of the City with over 30 restaurant and drinking venues within a walkable 3 block area. Our neighbor is Chef Frank Stitts restaurants (Highland Bar and Grill, Chez Fon Fon, Bottega Restaurant and Cafe) who won 5 times the coveted James Beard Foundation Best Chef of the United States and most recently, the best Restaurant award of the United States.
