Getting here

There are 3 options to get here from Quito: 1) Direct bus Quito-Misahualli operated by cooperativa Amazonas which leaves from the bus terminal Quitumbe, Quito at 11.30 am and arrives here at 6 pm. Also you can take any bus to Tena and from Tena take a cab at 10 USD which will bring you here directly or take a bus Tena - Misahualli which runs every 45 min. This route is operated by Centinela del Tena and Jumandy. If you are travelling by bus ask the driver to stop by Colegio Misahualli and walk 300m following our sign. If you got to the center walk 800m via al Pununo or take a taxi for 1.25 USD. 2) By one of the minivans of the company Autoexpress . They collect from the place you name in Quito twice a day at 5 am and 4 pm. Days off and festive the schedule is slightly changed. This service costs 30 USD. Tel number 0987529599. 3) By car. Pay attention in Puerto Napo and take the northern side of the river, due to the closure of the bridge over the river Napo at the level of Misahualli. From Banos: Take a bus to Tena and from Tena take a cab (10 USD) to Misahualli, Banana Lodge. Or take a bus Tena - Misahualli which runs every 45 min.
