Located in the Boxley area of NW Arkansas, this 3000+ acre wilderness recreation park sits in the beautiful headwaters region, and directly adjoins the Buffalo National River Park. It also adjoins the Sweden Creek Nature Preserve, and is loaded with pristine one of a kind natural features including waterfalls, scenic bluff lines, heavily forested hollows, boulder strewn creek beds, crags, and hilltop vistas offering commanding views. The forest sports a full compliment of indigenous animal wild life. In addition to all the usual full time inhabitants of the area such as black bear, elk, deer, turkey, there are native American bison on the property. Known as one of the Ozarks most outstanding areas for hiking, camping, climbing, horse riding, four wheeling, dirt biking, and generally enchanting adventures in the forest. The Wilderness Rider Buffalo Ranch is perfect for your family, company, church or special group's next big adventure, or outdoor meet up. Race and special event hosting opportunities available.
