Our Story
Le Chalet du Berger
Chalet first built in the 12th century, opened as a bar, restaurant and lodge in 2018. A young and welcoming team, a great location, local products and great comfort for a stop in the alps. We aim to welcome everyone in our summer home, share some local craft beer with some beaufort cheese and make you feel comfortable. Almost no signal, no wifi, just unwind and be in the present, have a few drinks with friends, try out our rooms with floor heating, amazing beds and ensuite bathroom.
Pierro was the first employee in 2018, he called out Vincent and Nico then Valou, Kiki and Dadou in 2019, Stan and Cha came to finish up the summer. Pierro then left to Canada, Dadou called Kiki, Adelin and Julien, Valou also came back in 2020. 2021 Dadou, Adelin and Julien were back, calling back Stan and Robin (Pierro and Valou's cousin) 2022 Julien is forming a new team !
