Our dining experience is inspired by our own family gatherings, sharing food, wine, company, the beauty of our landscape and the bounty of our Estate Grown produce. As well as our single vineyard wines, we grow our own lamb, wheat, honey, citrus, vegetables & herbs. Our chef loves exploring his creativity and sources the best seasonal produce from far and wide to enhance a vibrant, ever changing menu.
Lake Moodemere Estate is the passion of husband and wife team Michael and Belinda Chambers. Their vision, to showcase fruit from the Moodemere Vineyard, brings a refreshing new beginning built on the foundation of seven generations and over 160 years of Chambers family wine and lamb production in Rutherglen. Every one of Lake Moodemere’s wines is made exclusively from Estate grown, single vineyard fruit, celebrating a sense of place and the magical Lake Moodemere terroir.
