Cuba Cuba Cafe & Bar opened in the Golden Triangle in Denver back in 2001. We are a favorite amongst the lovely Denverites. Kristy Socarras Bigelow left Miami to open this little gem that appeals to people of all ages and backgrounds. We are cozy, boutique-y, and have staff that have graced us for over 10 -15 years. We brought the flavors from our family's recipe's whom brought them with them from La Habana in 1959. Mi Casa es su CASA! is our mission and our operating agreement. We pledge to welcome you with open arms, to treat you like family and serving you will be our pleasure. QUE RICO!!!!!!

traditional and flavorful with our citrus -garlic infusions, freshly flash fried plantains, undisputedly the best white rice , Abuela Chela's black beans and flan. Award winning tres leches cake and some unique surprises that modernize Cuban cuisine. We brought the mojito to denver in 2001 and have continued to spread the minty citrusy love over the course of 20 years and several restaurants.
