We typically host solo travelers, couples, and small groups. We are incredibly close to dozens of temples in Angkor Park, including Angkor Wat. Siem Reap's night life is close by, but we are a quieter neighborhood from the crowds and parties.
Of course, the dozens of temples in Angkor Park, including Angkor Wat, are of the highest interest. Nearby are also Phare, the Cambodian Circus, a couple of floating villages, Angkor Silk Farm, golf, archery, miniature golf, Apsara dancers, Khmer food preparation lessons.
Our Story
A few years ago, travel by foreigners to Cambodia was increasing each year. We would run into these visitors all the time and did our best to answer questions and give them guidance to have a good experience in Cambodia. Then we had the opportunity to convert a family house into a homestay. We were certain we could provide a culturally rich experience for an economical price. A relative was managing a medium sized hotel nearby and gave us great advice. Since we have opened, we have hosted hundreds of guests and made them part of the family. We take the time with each guest to help them plan an itinerary that can be accomplished based on the things they want to see, their transportation preferences, and budget. To be honest, the home is modest, as are most Khmer homes. But what sets us apart is the time we spend with our guests.
This is my home. I have a regular job but spending time with my guests is a priority for me. I like to be sure they get to see and experience the life in Cambodia and have a full experience. My sister helps out sometimes.
