Our Story
Chef-Owner-Sommelier Deborah Hansen has been fascinated with Spain since her first voyage there in 1983. In addition to studying and traveling extensively, Deborah owned a restaurant in Madrid and went on to obtain her Sommelier's certificate in 1997. Spain's rich vinicultural landscape and irresistible cuisine keep her returning year after year to hone her skills and keep her finger on the pulse of all things Spanish.
