Located just a stone throw away from Pemberton, in the historic native karri forest. Hidden River Estate encompasses a relaxing, comfortable and art nouveau feel. Hidden River Estate is a boutique winery and cellar door nestled on top of a small hill overlooking karri forest and a small lake, with its warm summer days and cool nights and rich loamy soils Hidden River Estate produces excellent grape qualities such as Chardonnay, Pinot noir. Family owned and run business since our tree change from Perth in 2014. Ardal Nigg is a very passionate international chef since 1990 where he learned his trade in Switzerland. Ardal creates his menu form local and seasonal sourced produce with an interesting twist of his childhood memories in the middle east and flavors from around the world. All year-round dining in comfort, whether its the cozy woodfire indoor seating with stunning views, or the outdoor where you can bring your beloved pooch along, there is also a small playground to keep the little ones entertained. The full licensed restaurant is open from 11 to 4 pm Wednesday to Sunday where you can enjoy a relaxed lunch with a glass of wine, local brewed beers from the tap or a cocktail. Hidden River Estate is also the perfect function venue for large Weddings, Birthday parties or even workshops, the restaurant can be separated to create a cozier feel if it’s a smaller event, with the inbuild projector it also makes it perfect for presentations or anything else you like show case on the wall.
