ÜberQuell stands for honest, handmade beers and a cheerful, colorful togetherness. The port and St. Pauli are the home of our brewery. We are hosts here. Here we experience new perspectives. Every day. ÜberQuell means inspiration. We find it here around the corner or in the remotest corners of the world. We work with friends and partners and with partners who become friends. With artists, musicians, gastronomes and creative people who think differently, do things differently and challenge the existing. We overflow with curiosity and ideas – and we simply let them out. We bake Neapolitan style pizza. In handmade ovens from one of the last manufactories in Naples. With best flour from Caputo and crushed tomatoes from Campania. The Fior di Latte Mozzarella comes from the cheese dairy Fior d’Agerola and our dough rests and matures for 2 to 3 days. This is what makes it so light, fluffy and digestible. And, to offer you even more, here and there we also have the occasional co-baking with world-renowned pizza gurus who enter our ovens.
