New Bukhara's Indian Restaurant was opened on the 4th of December 1997.We are conveniently located on the main road near the corner of Soi 7 and 2 minute walk from Nana BTS station. We are open from 11:00 am to to 11:30pm everyday and accept reservations. Please contact us at 02-2536265. We have managed to achieve our reputation as one of Thailand's best Indian restaurants. We offer a great selection of North Indian dishes such as our Roti and Naan breads,tandoori specialties, curries, and traditional dessert. We offer both vegetarian and non- vegetarian cuisines. You are able to choose the level of spice you are comfortable with for your dishes. Indian food is as diverse as Indian culture itself with a dish and flavor for every palate. Local customs and availability determine the balance of herbs and spices that characterize regional cuisine, with each region of Indian producing its own unique dishes, from the pilaus and breads of the North West region to the coconut chutneys of the tropical South. The spices most often throughout the Indian are Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Mustard Seeds, Cardamom, Cloves, Fennel Seeds, Ginger, Garlic and Chillies. All our chefs have been carefully trained and recruited from India to ensure that our high standards are maintained consistently so that customers will always enjoy the same excellent taste.
