What to do here?
The best way to discover the isle is on foot. It's also possible to use a bike, but it is good to know that there are no bike routes. However, it is allowed to bike at the walking routes, but be prepared at bumpy roads! For kids there is a huge nature playground (Speelnatuur van OERRR) in which they can play all day.

Your Tiengemeten adventure starts with ferry crossing! On board you immediately get a holiday feeling. In 10 minutes you arrive at the isle where you can best start at the visitors centre. The volunteers help you to choose your best way to discover this unique nature reserve and give you the latest nature information. If you choose to do that on foot, you will find the routes on the big map. Go prefer to discover the isle by bike? Just fill in the form and hire a bike! For kids up to 12 years Speelnatuur van OERRR offers a awesome day! On a 9 football fields large terrain they can play with natural elements all day long. There are mud slides, they can build rafts or shelters and discover nature like they never did before. Enjoy!
