Chengeta Safari Lodge

Chengeta Safari Lodge, one of Zimbabwe’s oldest and most well-known safari destination in Selous, Zimbabwe just an hour out of Harare. The Safari Lodge is an oasis of lush greens and an assortment of flowers amongst the raspy drying grass of the savanna. Chengeta Safari Lodge shares a 13 000 acres private game reserve abundant with zebra, giraffe, wildebeest and impalas just to mention a few of the abundant game. Chengeta Safari Lodge has 16 standard rooms (7 doubles and 9 twin sharing) all en-suite with a veranda that over-look the well-manicured gardens. Chengeta also has 1 family room with can take up to 5 people in two interleading rooms with an en-suite and a its own veranda In the evenings people can sit around a roaring fire by the born fire area or cosy up in the TV room or the trophy lounge to a crackling fire giving you that laid-back remnant safari era. In the middle of the Chengeta Game reserve is the mystical fig tree perfect for that dream safari destination wedding.
