Our Story
Dungarvan Creek is a 40 acre property situated in rural SW Alberta with panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. There is a large pond on site that attracts a variety of ducks and shore birds, and deer, elk, moose and bear have all been sighted. Away from the hustle and bustle of it offers peace and serenity, a quiet place to relax yet it is within 10 mins of Waterton Lakes Park which has plenty of hiking trails, and offers horse back riding and kayaking. The USA border is 30 mins away so guests can visit Glacier Park in Montana. There are several interesting Cultural Museums within an easy drive including Head Smashed-in-Buffalo Jump which tells the history of the Black Foot Nation.
Dungarvan Creek is owner run and has been in operation since 2007. I am a retired high school teacher who loves the countryside, the flowers and wildlife of SW Alberta.
