The key signature treatment is Parenie – an invigorating thermal massage, that uses leafy and fragrant bundles of birch, oak and eucalyptus twigs in the superheated steam of the authentic Russian steam room. Followed by a contrast icy cold plunge it causes release of adrenalin, stress hormones and immense invigoration that follows. We offer a selection of wellness & spa treatments, with ingredients strictly natural and organic and prepared on the premises - pure honey, sea salt, coffee, fresh aloe leaves, organic mud. We offer Russian delicacies and traditional drinks, that help to keep your hydration and electrolyte balance.
