Casa Mortero is based on the idea of rescuing the recipe book of traditional Spanish cuisine, updating it with current cooking techniques and serving it together with popular and unknown wines in a cosy atmosphere where customers do not have to follow protocols but simply enjoy the experience of eating as they would eat at their grandmothers' house.

Our Menu
Spanish traditional food with now days cooking techniques and fine presentation of dishes. The menu is divided in Starters, Marinades, Stews, Grill and Desserts. The dishes of Casa Mortero that you shouldn't miss are: Spanish cured ham Croquettes, Torrezno, Rice with Duck and for dessert: flan or cheese cake.
