Our Story
Stillgarden Distillery
All tours can be booked both individually or as a group 1. Distilling Academy €120 This all inclusive experience lasts 2.5-3 hours. On arrival you are greeted with a welcome drink and all food and drinks throughout are included. During the session guests learn about Stillgarden, local history, the botanicals and the distillation process. Guests also get to visit our botanical garden. There are various tastings throughout. Following this guests will make and name their own bottle of spirit (gin, vodka, even a sambuca style if that's your tipple) using our wall of 120 botanicals. While your concoction is distilling guests take a hands-on cocktail masterclass in our mixology lab. You can read more here https://stillgardendistillery.com/visit/ Tickets include drinks throughout (you won't go thirsty), a cocktail class, your own bottle of spirit and a locally sourced foodbox. Over 18’s only, these tend to run from 4.30pm Fri- Sun but private sessions are available for groups. 2. Cocktail Masterclass. €30 Visit Stillgarden Distillery to learn how to craft some of our groundbreaking cocktails. This is a hands-on experience where you will create two signature drinks, learn the history of distillation and see a demonstration of the state of the art equipment used within the distillery. After the tour, you can relax on our heated terrace and enjoy the drinks you have created. Tickets include a welcome drink plus 2 cocktails, duration 60 mins and these tend to run early afternoon on a Saturday. 3. Gin Masterclass. €30 Visit Stillgarden Distillery to find out the inspiration behind our range of beautifully crafted gins. This experience will go through the history of distillation and you will taste 4 of our signature gins each matched with a recommended mixer. Tickets include a welcome drink plus a 4 gin tasting flight and mixers, the duration is 60 mins. All sessions end with a Q&A from one of our liquid experts 4. Distillery Tour €20 Visit Stillgarden Distillery for a tour of our small but beautifully formed distillery. This experience will guide you through the building focussing on the the Laboratory area where you will be shown how the ground-breaking equipment works to create our spirits, cocktail and aperitifs. The session ends with a Q&A from one of our liquid experts. 5. Garden Tours €10 The garden tour is an outdoor experience. Our garden sessions run Wednesday to Sunday, guests undertake a mini tour of our garden (10mins) and then get to enjoy a drink on our terrace. The ticket includes a welcome drink. You can then relax on the terrace and order further drinks from our full menu of delicious libations. Pizza is available next door from Rascals Brewing Co. We also have rain cover, heaters, music, freshly laundered blankets and even a hot water bottle if you want. Tickets for these sessions are €10.
