With an original and fun aesthetic, Ohana Poke House has opened its doors in the Chueca neighborhood in the center of Madrid, a unique space to enjoy the concept that is revolutionizing healthy food, The Poke Bowl. The Poke, pronounced: POH –Kay, is a Hawaii-inspired sushi bowl. The cuisine of these islands in the Pacific Ocean is a great niche of culinary influences; Therefore, in Ohana you will find a magical fusion of Asian and Hawaiian food. This project was born from the passion and #GirlBoss, of its owners: Isa and Bella, they met in Shanghai and from that moment they made a great match, which made them think that one day they would share the same dream. This new Madrid restaurant wants to transform the concept of fast food into fancy fast food, with a menu of traditional bowls with a twist that hide a great history, since they have been designed by renowned chefs from Shanghai and Hawaii, together with Isa and Bella. On the other hand, in their menu they offer you the possibility of designing your bowl with your favorite ingredients: fish, toppings, seaweed and sauces suitable for celiacs and vegans, definitely Ohana adapts to all dietary requirements without losing detail in each of its dishes.
